These Terms of Service govern your use of Capital Grid Financial (“Capital Grid”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Capital Grid is a practice trading platform: all balances and positions are funded with virtual money, and no real securities, funds, or financial products are bought, sold, or held on your behalf.

1. Practice platform, virtual funds

Your account is credited with virtual funds for the purpose of learning and practising trading on real-time market data. Nothing on Capital Grid is a brokerage account, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices and instruments may be illustrative and can differ from any live market.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone, and country) and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We do not collect government IDs, Social Security numbers, or payment card details, and we never ask for wallet seed phrases or private keys.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. No warranty and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Because trading here uses virtual funds, you cannot lose real money on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Grid is not liable for any decision you make based on information shown here.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
